Join us for a discussion about mindbody therapies and how working with the mind, our thoughts and emotions, can have positive effects on healing from chronic health conditions.
We'll review some well-known mindbody techniques (Sarno, Dispenza, DNRS, EMDR, EFT) and how they work. We'll talk about the latest energy psychology method--the MAP Method--and what makes it particularly well suited for rewiring emotional, mental and behavioral patterns.
I'll describe applications of the MAP Method for different chronic conditions, including Sensitivities (food, chemicals, environmental irritants), chronic infections (i.e., Long COVID), and low thyroid function, to name a few.
Learn how working with the mind can be the perfect complement to traditional or alternative therapies. This will be a brief introduction to the topic, and resources will be provided if you want to learn more.
